Leslie Lopez is a Mexican-American artist currently based in Milwaukee who explores themes of coming of age, isolation, and rebirth. Lopez primarily works in the digital design scope, but heavily experiments with a mixture of mediums, including but not limited to the following: collaging, textiles, photography, painting, and drawing. Her textured work typically shifts between tactile and digital forms before reaching its final state.

Through art, she aims to connect to anyone willing to observe. Her art acts as a way to help her explore and find who she is; creating is just as much as something for herself as it is for an audience. The audience is solely invited to view the process of self-discovery, introspection, and reconnection to culture.
